Please note, there is no viewing on sale day. 

VAT is not applicable on books and unframed maps. 

While all care has been taken with the magazine, book and general cataloguing, all buyers are advised to inspect all the lots for any inconsistencies before bidding.

All purchased lots from the 16th November sale, without exception, have to be removed from the sale site by midday Monday 22nd November. All uncollected lots will be moved to off-site storage at a cost of £5 per lot per day and an uplift charge of £10 per lot. All outstanding fees to be paid before collection.

PAYMENT: Payment must be made prior to collection. Goods will only be released upon receipt of cleared funds. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Sage Pay via our website or by card payment. Card payments made over the telephone are subject to a limit of £1500. Over-the-counter card payments will only be accepted for those sales where in-person bidding is allowed. We will NOT be accepting over-the-counter cash payments. 

Postage and Packing: The responsibility for the collection of purchases rests with the buyer. However, for a packing fee plus the cost of postage and insurance, and when time permits, we are able to post small items such as jewellery, small items of silver, individual books, smaller ceramics, coins, medals, etc. Please refer to our postage and packing terms for full details.
